  Horace Leopard has lived in La Porte since 1965 and has been a licensed broker since 1980. He specializes in commercial and industrial properties for both users and investors. He has been involved in the development and operation of commercial properties. His goal has been and remains to provide the quality of service, honesty and integrity that will create and maintain a good relationship with clients for the long term. He received his Bachelor's in Business Administration from North Texas University in 1958. He is a member of Houston Association of Realtors(HAR), Texas Association of Realtors(TAR), National Association of Realtors(NAR), Kiwanis Club, Salvation Army Advisory Board, City of La Porte Development Authority, Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone(TIRZ) Board for La Porte, La Porte Chamber of Commerce, and is a prominent member of First United Methodist Church in La Porte.
